Year 4 Residential Trip
This week Year Four children enjoyed their annual school journey to Bowles Rocks
The children participated in a range of challenging activities, including skiing and climbing. As always, the children of year 4 showcased their resilience and co-operation skills, supporting each other through some of the tasks that they encountered. The children threw themselves into new challenges and experiences effortlessly and had an amazing time. Many of the Bowles Rock staff complimented the children’s behaviour, attitudes and dispositions and said that it was a pleasure having them. They were a wonderful group of children to take and made it the best trip it could have possibly been.
Mr Delaney: I am extremely proud of all the children that attended; I have been to Bowles many times before, but this was undoubtedly the best trip I have been on due to the positive energy, laughs and kindness shown by the children. I hope they have a very restful half term after an energetic and full-on 3 days.
Mrs. Piggott: It was lovely to see the children develop their independence and to develop their risk-taking skills. It was also lovely to bond together as a year group.
Miss. Melehi: I thought the children were exceptional and gave everything a go
Miss. Lauren: All of the children demonstrated their resilience and beat Mr. Ryan at skiing!
Miss. Jordache: It was amazing and a great experience. One child spent a long time attempting the climbing wall, but they did it, which showed their great resilience, something I saw from all the children.
